Kingdom Securities Limited, is a subsidiary of the Co-operative Bank of Kenya Limited. He took stewardship of the company having successfully transformed the Banks wholly owned subsidiaries; Co-op trust Investment Company Limited and Co-operative Consultancy Company Limited into leading asset management and financial advisory companies respectively. He has been with the Co-operative Bank of Kenya Group for the last eleven years rising from the position of Fund Manager to Chief Manager Merchant & Investment Banking and subsequently Managing Director. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics & Economics and a Masters in Business Administration (Strategic Management). Prior to his engagement at the company, Geoffrey spent 9 years in the Insurance sector his last as a Senior Manager in the Employee Benefits Division of British American Insurance Company. He is a Director/Secretary of Kenya Association of Stock Brokers and Investment Banks (KASIB). He also represents the Co-operative Bank as Chairman of the Financial Standards Committee Kenya Bureau of Standards and is a Council Member of the Association of Pension Schemes and Fund Managers Association of Kenya.

Mr. Gathinji is the Executive Director of Drummond Investment Bank where he is responsible for the overall management of the company. He took stewardship of Drummond Investment Bank and is responsible for the successful transformation from Francis Drummond Stockbrokers Ltd. He has previously worked in the banking sector. Mr. Gathinji graduated with an LLB degree from the University of Reading (UK). He is currently pursuing his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) level 1 qualification. He is the Treasurer of the Board of the Kenya Association of Stockbrokers and Investment Banks (KASIB).

This is a position she has held since March 2008. She has executed the successful make-over of KASIB that has included the setting up of a secretariat. Together with the KASIB Council, she has overseen the enforcement of a Code of Ethics for members of KASIB, and the roll out of a country-wide investor education program. Prior to this she was the General Manager of the Marketing Society of Kenya where she spearheaded marketing initiatives for member firms in both domestic and global markets. She was a member of the first ever committee of Brand Kenya Initiative where she oversaw national, regional and international marketing of Kenya as a brand. An administrator with marketing skills, she has worked with the Standard Group, Research International and lectured at the Kenya Institute of Management. She holds a Masters in Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Business Administration) from Kenyatta University.
